Acceptance Criteria for Inclusion on The List

• Any person living or dead is eligible.
• Fictional characters are acceptable.
• Person must possess the power to cause a cloud of lingering bathroom odor which can do at least two of the following consistently, four or more intermittently or six or more on one fateful day:

1. Move upwind.
2. a. Travel lengthy corridors and/or cross large rooms.
   b. Be easily detected in adjacent but non-connecting rooms.
3. Leave an odor which can be "tasted".
4. a. Cause 3 strong men to become nauseous.
   b. Cause 1 healthy man to actually vomit.
5. Linger for over thirty minutes in an area with average ventilation.
6. Offend a dog.
7. Surprise a doctor, nurse or orderly.
8. Cause problems at the sewage treatment plant.
9. Leave a visible plume.
